 Upstairs on the right is a similar bolt. You have to shoot at this one. Behind the opening wall panel you'll find a Silver Reward.
 All the way over on the other side, opposite these bolts, above Zips room, you will find to wallpanels, that will later reveal two tongue-levers you have to pull as part of the 4th clue for the gold reward. You have to pull down the spears above the computer room to create a shortcut to the other side.
